We ask you to email the Board with your support or otherwise of the various matters/topics that are displayed here from time to time.

This is a feed back service not a voting service and any changes will require to be ratified in accordance with the Condominium documents.

The current rental rules provide for 90day minimum rental with a 4 times per year limit. The reason is to ensure the community does not become transient in nature.

We believe that a 30day minimum with the same 4 times per year restriction maintains the status quo regarding transient restrictions but provides Owners with an opportunity to rent their property to seasonal renters if they are not occupying it themselves.

It also offers a positive selling point in what currently is a slow and competitive housing market

Assessments are currently paid quarterly but in light of the current economic climate we may consdier moving to monthly payments.

If we did move to monthly the late penalty fee would be adjusted upwards and the Association's Board would reserve the right to revert to quarterly payments if the system was abused.
